Cross-Border Center for Information and Communication Dolj - Vratsa


This project aims creating a communication network to all levels for the participating counties (Dolj, Romania, Vratsa, Bulgaria) by creating a consortial network of the cultural, informational institutions that need to have a preservation role of the documents with historical character. Thus an important role will be the digitization of the original historical documents owned in the collections of the member organizations that belong to the consortium.

The four partners organizations will develop activities of creation, organization, management and capitalization of information with cultural character.
